Unknown scope stays explicit; it is never reported as zero issues.

One continuous product system

The work changes shape. The context never breaks.

A request becomes a decision, an issue, a plan, and finally delivery evidence. Cadylo keeps that history connected while every team works at the altitude it needs.

01

Start with signal, not backlog

A calm, accountable intake process that protects the roadmap from noise.

Qualify team requests in triage, create accountable work through the API, then keep development evidence attached after execution begins.

02

A system teams can shape

Flexible issue tracking with enough structure to coordinate, never enough friction to slow delivery.

Keep ownership, priority, relations, status, and discussion on the issue. Switch between focused lists and boards without duplicating the work.

03

Strategy meets execution

A plan that stays connected to daily execution instead of becoming a frozen presentation.

Connect projects to milestones, cycles, issues, and live health. Teams can plan at the right altitude while delivery continuously updates the picture.

04

Production is the proof

A delivery record you can inspect and share—not a status report everyone has to trust.

Turn releases and deployments into shipment facts, keep declared and discovered scope distinct, and leave unresolved evidence visibly unresolved.

05

See flow, not vanity

Operational analytics that help teams find bottlenecks and adjust the system, not grade individuals.

Read project health, milestone progress, scope movement, and cycle time from the work already happening in Cadylo.

Product management, clarified

Frequently asked questions about Cadylo.

How signal, product decisions, native execution, and delivery evidence fit together in one workspace.

What is Cadylo used for?

Cadylo is a product management platform for product and engineering teams. It keeps signals, decisions, planning, native execution, analytics, delivery evidence, and stakeholder updates connected in one workspace.

How does Cadylo organize incoming product requests?

Team submissions can enter triage, while API clients can create issues directly. Teams can accept, decline, re-route, prioritize, and assign work without losing its original context.

Can each team customize its issue workflow and views?

Yes. Teams can configure workflow states and use saved, shareable list and board views, with filters for status, priority, assignee, and other issue properties. Dedicated timelines provide a separate view of scheduled work.

Which development tools integrate with Cadylo?

Cadylo reads commits, pull or merge requests, reviews, CI, deployments, and releases from GitHub and GitLab without writing back to either provider. The REST API also accepts custom sources. Slack, Figma, Sentry, Zendesk, Intercom, product analytics, and reporting tools are coming soon.

How does Cadylo track project delivery?

Delivery records releases and production deployments as shipment evidence, correlates visible issue scope, and highlights work marked Done without proof or shipped without a plan. Teams can inspect the resulting delivery record or share a minimized, read-only view.

What does the Cadylo public beta include?

Every account and workspace has access to all currently available Cadylo features. Free during the public beta. Paid plans will charge for editor seats while contributors and viewers remain free; pricing is coming soon and billing is not active during the public beta.
