Terms of use

A transparent public-beta usage baseline while Cadylo's final operator and commercial terms are completed.

Last updated July 15, 2026

Compliance baseline

These are beta baseline terms, not final commercial terms or a legal certification. Operator identity, governing law, billing rules and production liability language require completion and legal review.

Public beta status

Cadylo is currently a public-beta product. Features, limits and data models may change as the service is tested. These baseline terms explain expected use but are not final paid-service terms.

The operator’s complete legal identity, registered address, governing law and competent venue have not been supplied and are deliberately not invented here. They must be added and legally reviewed before a commercial launch.

Accounts and workspace authority

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and notify Cadylo if you suspect unauthorized access. If you create or administer a workspace for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so and to invite its members.

Workspace owners and administrators manage access, roles, integrations and content. Users must be legally able to agree to these terms in their own jurisdiction or use Cadylo through an authorized organization.

Acceptable use

You may not use Cadylo to:

  • break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
  • upload malware or attempt to bypass access or rate limits;
  • probe, disrupt or overload the service without written permission;
  • send spam, harassment or deceptive content;
  • place secrets or unnecessary sensitive personal data in fields not designed for them.

Cadylo may restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service or comply with law, with notice where it is lawful and practical.

Your content

You and your organization keep rights in content you submit. You grant Cadylo the limited permission needed to host, copy, transmit and process that content to operate, secure and support the service. You are responsible for having the rights and notices required for content you submit, including personal data about other people.

Product names, interface, code and branding remain protected by their respective rights. No right is granted except the limited right to use the service under these terms.

Third-party integrations

Integrations and outbound webhooks are optional. When an administrator enables one, selected workspace data can be received from or sent to that external service. The organization is responsible for choosing, configuring and authorizing those destinations and for reviewing their terms and privacy practices.

Cadylo does not promise that a named integration will remain available or make any unverified commitment about SAML, a data-processing agreement, data residency or a service-level agreement.

Pricing and future billing

Current beta access and any planned future pricing are described on the pricing page. A paid plan must show its price, billing period, included limits and any applicable taxes before a user commits to payment. This baseline does not create a charge or promise a particular future price.

Final cancellation, renewal, refund and tax terms must be completed before paid checkout is enabled.

Availability and responsibility

The beta is provided for evaluation and may experience interruptions or defects. Keep appropriate copies of critical business information and do not rely on the beta as the sole system for time-critical or regulated operations. No uptime or support SLA is offered by this page.

Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final warranty, liability-cap and indemnity language requires the operator’s identity, business model and governing law and must be legally reviewed before commercial use.

Ending use and data requests

You can stop using Cadylo at any time. Signed-in users can delete a workspace they own or request permanent account deletion from Settings. A sole owner must first transfer ownership to another member or delete the workspace. Collaborative records may remain under “Deleted user” so the workspace continues to function for its controller and other members.

Contact privacy@cadylo.app for account access, export or deletion. The privacy notice explains the current export scope, retention limitations and privacy rights.

Changes to these terms

These terms will be revised as Cadylo leaves beta or introduces billing. Material changes should be presented before they take effect. Continued use cannot waive mandatory consumer, employment or data-protection rights.
